** Your Responsibilities:
*** Own project outcomes end‐to‐end, ensuring scope, schedule, risks, and dependencies are actively managed and communicated
* Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and close‐out activities in alignment with agreed objectives
* Facilitate and lead project meetings and discussions, including kick‐offs, status reviews, risk/issue reviews, and retrospectives
* Develop, maintain, and manage core project artifacts, including:

* Project plans and timelines*  +
* Risk registers, issue logs, and decision logs*  +
* Executive summaries and status reports*  +
* Project kick‐off materials and presentations*  +
* Project retrospectives and post‐mortems
** Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies; drive mitigation plans and escalation as needed
* Communicate project status, key decisions, risks, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership
* Work both independently and as part of a cross‐functional team to drive accountability and progress
* Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously by prioritizing work, time, and resources
* Provide leadership with meaningful insights, lessons learned, and continuous improvement recommendations
* Participate in departmental planning activities based on project experience and organizational needs
* Leverage project management tools and emerging technologies to improve project delivery, visibility, and team effectiveness
** You Must Have:
*** Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in project management or a related field
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‐solving skills with a results‐oriented mindset
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive‐level summaries
* Ability to lead discussions, influence outcomes, and communicate professionally with all levels of the organization and external partners
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize and clearly document complex information
* Ability to quickly learn and effectively utilize new systems, tools, and technologies, including AI‐enabled productivity tools (such as Microsoft Copilot)
* Comfortable working in a technology‐forward environment and adapting to evolving tools and processes
* Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio
* Experience using modern project/work management platforms such as Asana
** We Would Also Prefer:
