** Your Opportunity:
** Golden Heart Child Care Center, a Taylor Corporation company in North Mankato, MN, is looking to hire a Child Care Center Teacher to join our infant care team. In this role, you will support the educational and physical needs of each child, treat every child with dignity and respect, and build positive relationships with parents. You will also assist with maintaining the center’s programming when the coordinator is unavailable.
** Your Responsibilities:
*** Assist in planning and implementing daily programming under the direction of the coordinator
* Carry out developmentally appropriate activities for the children in your care
* Support the educational and physical needs of each individual child
* Help maintain a safe environment by observing equipment and activities appropriate to each child’s developmental level
* Provide input for parent conferences to discuss child progress and any concerns
* Observe, record, and report individual and group behavior as assigned

Shift:
** Monday through Friday  20 to 30 hours per week between 6:30am and 6:00pm
** You Must Have:
*** Credits that meet Minnesota DHS Assistant Teacher qualifications
* A minimum two-year degree that meets Department of Human Services requirements
* Willingness to fulfill responsibilities in accordance with the center’s policies and philosophy
* Ability to see and hear ongoing activities and lift up to 60 pounds
** Compensation:
** The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is **$15 – $16 per hour**. The actual pay rate offered will depend on factors such as qualifications, relevant experience, education, certifications, and internal equity.
