WEB Construction Company is seeking dependable and hardworking Construction General Laborers to support our growing team across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. This role plays a vital part in maintaining jobsite safety, cleanliness, and productivity while assisting skilled trades and leadership teams in daily operations.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain construction sites by clearing debris and eliminating hazards
  • Set up and remove barricades and safety equipment as directed
  • Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment
  • Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision
  • Assist carpenters, concrete crews, electricians, plumbers, and other skilled trades
  • Mix, pour, and spread concrete, asphalt, and other materials as needed
  • Perform basic measurements and mark reference points
  • Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines
  • Wear required PPE at all times
  • Report unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or incidents promptly
  • Support crew leaders, foremen, and superintendents with daily jobsite tasks
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous construction or manual labor experience is helpful but not required
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. repeatedly and work in physically demanding conditions
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to follow instructions
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality required
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license may be required for certain roles
  • A background check will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws
Work Environment & Physical Demands

Outdoor work in varying weather conditions, dust, and noise

Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and lifting

Regular use of hand tools, power tools, ladders, and scaffolding

Strict adherence to safety standards and PPE requirements at all times

Monday – Friday
