Concrete Foreman

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Concrete Foreman, located in Mankato, MN. The Concrete Foreman will oversee and manage daily construction operations, ensuring quality and timely completion of concrete projects. Responsibilities include supervising crews, coordinating tasks, operating heavy equipment as needed, and performing general maintenance. The role requires effective communication with team members and clients to ensure project standards are met.

• Strong supervisory skills to manage work crews and delegate tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining heavy equipment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interactions with team members and clients.
• Experience in carpentry for concrete forms and related tasks.
• Knowledge and skills in maintenance of tools, equipment, and project sites.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Previous experience in concrete or construction management is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to job sites as needed.
