• 5+ years of commercial roofing systems (EPDM, TPO, BUR, PVC)
• 2+ years leading or directing crews
• Proven ability to lead crews and drive production
• Strong work ethic
• Commitment to safety and quality
• Reliable attendance
• Teamwork – ability to work with others to accomplish goals; balances team and individual responsibilities; gives and welcomes feedback

• Valid driver's license
• DOT Health Card or ability to obtain - company paid
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Must have acceptable MVR
• Ability to safely perform physical job duties

Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, generally between 6:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. depending on project schedules, weather conditions, and seasonal workload. Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required. Operations are continuous throughout the year, with no seasonal layoffs.
