Floyd's 99 Barbershop is looking for a friendly and organized Guest Experience Coordinator to help keep our shop running smoothly while delivering exceptional service to every guest who walks through the door. As the first person clients see when they arrive, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming environment, managing appointments, and supporting our talented team of barbers and stylists.

• Welcome guests and create a positive first impression
• Manage appointment check-ins and assist with walk-in traffic
• Answer incoming calls and help guests schedule services
• Process transactions and handle point-of-sale activities
• Recommend professional hair and grooming products based on guest needs
• Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting reception area
• Support day-to-day shop operations to ensure a seamless client experience

• A friendly, outgoing personality and strong communication skills
• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or reception experience preferred
• Comfortable working with computers, scheduling software, and point-of-sale systems
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
