Early Learning is seeking an Early Learning Assistant Specialist beginning as soon as possible for 8 hours a day (10:00am - 6:30pm) Monday - Thursday, for 173 days a year. This is a Non-affiliated assignment, with category II benefits.
Summary of Duties:
The Early Learning Engagement & Process Assistant Specialist serves as a primary liaison between families, community partners, and school leadership. This role is designed for a high-level communicator who can navigate complex data systems (Infinite Campus, Eleyo) while providing a concierge-level experience for families. You will ensure that every family entering our programs experience a seamless transition through enrollment, registration, and ongoing engagement.
Qualifications
Required:
* Exceptional Communication:
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor through attire and attitude while providing empathetic, high-level written and verbal correspondence to diverse stakeholders.
* Technical Proficiency:
Advanced knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and databases; specific familiarity with Infinite Campus, Eleyo, and MARSS reporting is highly preferred.
* Professional Mobility & Representation:
Must possess a valid Minnesota Driver s License and access to reliable transportation. This role requires the ability to travel between district locations to represent Early Learning at community events and off-site meetings.
* Operational Agility:
Proven ability to manage complex recurring timelines and yearly schedules with a proactive willingness to learn new skills as the program evolves.
* Relational Leadership:
Skilled in "listening leadership" and proactive engagement to improve the parent experience within a shared-space environment.
* Adaptability:
Ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies and work effectively with a frequently changing clientele.

Rate of Pay:
$23.88 per hour
