** Starting Salary**: $85,400 to $128,100 Annually

** Position Objective:
** Coordinates activities involved with procuring goods and services such as raw materials, equipment, tools, parts, supplies, and advertising, for organization by performing the following duties.

* Ensure compliance to US laws and regulations in all activities and serve as Procurement SME
* Prepare solicitations, evaluation of quotes, and prepare award documents
* In coordination with Contracts Manager, review the purchase description and supporting technical documentation to ensure proper clause selection and develop any unique terms and conditions for the  solicitation and subsequent purchase or delivery order
