Network Engineer - System Integrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and support LAN, WAN, and firewall infrastructure.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Sonic Wall or Cisco firewalls, routers, and switches.
• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Perform regular security monitoring to identify potential vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network enhancements and upgrades.
• Provide support for AV systems and video surveillance infrastructure.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, diagrams, and changes.
• Respond to and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in network engineering or a related IT infrastructure role.
• Proficiency with Sonic Wall firewalls (preferred) or Cisco routing/switching technologies.
• Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
• Familiarity with VPNs, VLANs, and network segmentation.
• Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with AV technologies (e.g., Crestron, Extron, or similar systems).
• Familiarity with video surveillance systems (e.g., Axis, Hikvision, or Milestone).
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or Sonic Wall CSSA/CSNE.

Salary:

• $80,000 - $90,000
