We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the development and execution of complex engineering projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and proven project management expertise. The successful candidate will drive project success by ensuring all specifications, timelines, and budgets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple high-risk projects from inception to completion, adhering to established technical and financial metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and engineering, to define project requirements and allocate resources effectively.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines and budget forecasts, to ensure successful project delivery.
Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced project managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Monitor and control project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure project objectives are met.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges, ensuring a smooth transition from design to production.
Establish and oversee testing and qualification plans to validate product performance and quality.
Conduct training sessions for customer service teams on new product offerings.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering project management with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.
