We’re working with a growing, engineering-led manufacturer looking to appoint an Engineering Manager to lead a team delivering complex electrical products and systems in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll own engineering delivery, drive performance, and ensure designs are both technically robust and aligned with manufacturing.

- Background in engineered‑to‑order or highly customised environments
- Strong experience with electrical or electromechanical systems
- Track record of leading teams delivering complex engineering solutions
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally with operations and commercial teams
