Job Summary
Project Manager – Product Lifecycle ensures cross‑functional product‑related projects from concept through launch.
Location & CompensationLocation:
Mankato, MN (On‑site). Salary: $72,600–$108,900 annually, paid bi‑weekly. Shift: 1st Shift, Monday‑Friday, 8:00am‑5:00pm.
Responsible for leading cross‑functional product‑related projects including new product development, qualifications, and design changes while maintaining discipline, transparency, and alignment to business objectives.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Lead end‑to‑end project management for assigned product initiatives.
- Define scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Build and lead cross‑functional teams spanning Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and Marketing.
- Apply and adapt phase‑gate, NPD, and qualification processes.
- Track and manage business case throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate gate reviews, executive updates, and stakeholder alignment.
- Ensure documentation, validation, and compliance requirements are met.
- Identify risks early, drive mitigation plans, and escalate issues as required.
- Drive consistency and continuous improvement in project execution and process.
- Travel up to 25% and attend off‑hour meetings as necessary to facilitate global teams.
- Perform and support additional tasks as required by leadership.
- Strong leadership of cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with phase‑gate, qualification, or regulated product processes.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience managing NPD and product lifecycle initiatives.
- Background in multi‑site manufacturing environments.
- 2+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, engineering, or product development.
Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field. Must be a sole U.S. citizen.
