Tooling Engineer, up to $100,000 (Solid Works / Magma / Metal Casting Experience Required)
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year

- Build and refine tooling using Solid Works in support of ductile iron casting programs
- Run casting simulations in MAGMA to validate designs before they hit the floor
- Own yield improvement and continuous improvement work across the casting process
- Partner directly with customers and account managers on new product development
- Support quoting, product launches, testing and validation from start to finish
- Bring new technology and process improvements into the operation
- Associate degree in engineering or a related field, bachelor's preferred
- Two or more years working hands on with CAD modeling, blueprint reading and design for manufacturability
- Manufacturing background required, foundry, tooling design, casting simulation or CNC machining experience is a strong plus
- Strong problem solver who communicates well and works across teams easily
