Finance & Sales Manager

Job Overview

The Finance & Insurance Sales Manager is a hybrid role that combines finance and insurance management with sales support. This position focuses on financing, insurance, and supporting the sales team at the Mankato location of Bretz RV & Marine.

• Develop relationships with banks to secure new business contracts.
• Sell aftermarket products, finalize deals, and generate finance income.
• Verify all paperwork related to cash, finance, or loan transactions in accordance with state laws and company policy.
• Complete financial transactions and collect payments at closing.
• Obtain lender approvals for financed and leased deals.
• Assist in obtaining approvals from lenders and understanding available program options.
• Promote extended warranty sales and manage cancellations for extended warranties and credit life.
• Coordinate closely with the sales department to achieve collective goals.
• Assist salespeople in closing deals, support customer interactions, ensure CRM updates, provide occasional training and coaching, and help deliver the Bretz experience.

• High school diploma or equivalency degree required; bachelor’s degree in finance or related field preferred or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Proven experience in finance operations and customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication skills to explain product features and benefits.
• Ability to sell finance and insurance programs and support sales operations.
• Safety‑sensitive position requiring pre‑employment drug screening.

• $100,000 – $150,000 annual equivalent based on salary plus commission.
