Position Summary
Senior Pricing Analyst – Commercial Finance responsible for developing and maintaining pricing policies, supporting commercial negotiations, analyzing commodity fluctuations, and assisting with revenue forecasting.
Work Schedule and CompensationShift: 1st shift, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (On-site in North Mankato, MN or Remote). Salary: $85,400 to $128,100 annually, paid bi‑weekly.

- Partner with sales and commercial teams in contract and price negotiations, delivering financial analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Develop and update comprehensive pricing policies aligned with organizational objectives and market conditions.
- Conduct quarterly pricing reviews and recommend adjustments based on market changes.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and treasury teams to support copper hedging activities.
- Perform sensitivity analysis on steel, copper, and other commodity price fluctuations.
- Evaluate tariff changes and surcharges, overseeing necessary pricing adjustments.
- Analyze sales data to assess volume, price, and product mix impacts on revenue and margins.
- Support revenue forecasting by integrating pricing strategies, commodity trends, and market insights.
- Design, implement, and improve pricing and analysis processes for operational excellence.
- Minimum 5 years of pricing, financial analysis, or commercial finance experience, ideally in manufacturing or commodities.
- Strong quantitative and sensitivity analysis abilities with large data sets.
- Proven project initiation and independent problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex information to non‑financial stakeholders.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills; familiarity with ERP and pricing software an advantage.
- Effective cross‑functional teamwork with sales, procurement, and finance.
- High accuracy and thoroughness in analysis and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
