You will build and maintain customer relationships while ensuring accurate financial transactions and opening & closing accounts. You will work closely with team members and managers to provide a superior banking experience, motivating others and responding to their needs.

• Assist all assigned branch operations areas including teller, new accounts, vault teller, safe deposit, and lending.
• Help customers select accounts, products, and financial services; present cross‑sell opportunities using professional sales techniques.
• Receive and process retail and commercial checking and savings deposits, ensuring all documents comply with banking policies.
• Assist in opening and closing the vault daily and double‑control cash/coin transactions.
• Balance vault currency and coin; manage and balance vault and ATM currency and coin.
• Make decisions regarding opening new deposit accounts, complete required forms, accept deposits, and prepare documents for processing.
• Present funds received from customers to teller for initial deposits, determine fund availability, and obtain receipts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
• OR three (3) years of directly related full‑time experience performing the functions outlined above.
• Two (2) years of experience in the financial services industry performing teller duties.
• Two (2) years of customer service experience.

• One (1) year of sales experience.

• Full Time, 40 hours per week;
  Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays.
• Competitive hourly pay ranging from $18.50 to $23.60, varying by location.
• Eligible for an annual bonus of 1.5%–3% of salary based on company goals and performance.
