SCOPE

You are responsible for assisting with day-to-day activities within the Treasury Management department, including driving new business & expanding existing relationships withing the bank's treasury management services portfolio. You serve clients, identify their needs & provide consultative solutions that enhance client financial efficiency & optimize cash flow. You are also responsible for a Commercial loan portfolio as well as generating new loan volume and deposits for the bank.

Within the portfolio managed, you will be responsible for credit decisions (within authority guidelines), overall credit quality, & fee income with the goal of helping each client meet the objectives of their personal & professional full financial health. You commit to providing an AMAZING client experience!

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Client Consultation & Service - 50%

• You understand client needs & challenges related to cash management, liquidity, & risk management.
• You assist clients with balancing their daily operational needs with strategic investment opportunities.
• You help clients maintain liquidity & support growth.
• You recommend & present tailored solutions from the bank's treasury management product suite.
• You will fulfill day-to-day duties of ongoing client service & support including, but not limited to the set-up, administration, maintenance & training for clients in the following product/service areas:
  Pro-Biz Checking accounts, Savings accounts, On-line banking, Treasury Management Services, HSA accounts
• You cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, internal stakeholders, & referral sources.
• You will create & evaluate treasury management sales proposals and pricing for prospective and existing clients to further develop and strengthen business relationships.
