Awake Overnights | Direct Support Professional (DSP)
This position is eligible for a $1,000 retention bonus!
Schedule11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, including every other weekend.
LocationMankato
This position requires a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record. This position would likely assist with the transportation of individuals during the shift.
Wage- $17.00 per hour for full-time.
- Full-time staff is eligible for $18.00 per hour if staff are in good standing after the first 90 days of employment.
- $16.00 per hour for part-time.
- Part-time staff are eligible for $16.50 per hour if staff are in good standing after the first 90 days of employment.
- All awake overnight shifts will receive an additional $1.00 per hour for direct care hours worked.
- Monitor individuals nightly to ensure safety.

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must hold a valid United States driver's license and pass a driving record check conducted by our insurance carrier unless otherwise noted.
- Must pass the MN Department of Human Services Background Study
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to complete daily direct care such as bathing, toileting, feeding, and changing.
- Ability to do household chores such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
