Caregiver; HHA, PCA

Moose Lake Assisted Living, a Cassia community, is hiring Caregivers (HHAs or PCAs) to join our team in Moose Lake, MN. This is a great opportunity for those seeking entry‑level work or wanting to learn and grow in a healthcare setting. No experience is needed as we will provide training to set you up for success.

As a Caregiver, you will provide person‑centered care to our residents, supporting them with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as showering/bathing, shampooing of hair and medication administration while promoting dignity, independence and well‑being. This position is ideal for someone who truly wants to make a difference in the lives of others. You can grow your career at Moose Lake Village as well, should you desire to become a CNA;

we will assist you with that.

Position Type: Part‑Time every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday.
Available Shift(s): Days, 6:00 am to 2:00 pm.

• New Wage Range: $19.00–$21.20 per hour (no NAR Certification)
• New Wage Range: $20.00–$23.56 per hour (with NAR Certification)
• Shift Differential:
  Evening $1.00 per hour
• Shift Differential:
  Nights $2.00 per hour

• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist the resident with personal care which may include the following: shampooing of hair, assist with showering/bathing, fingernail and foot care, and medication administration.
• Wash resident clothing, make beds, and clean the general environment.
• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Perform delegated nursing or therapy procedures.
• Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition to the supervisor.
• Assist with body positioning, transfers, therapeutic exercises, active or passive range of motion.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

• Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) experience preferred, but not required. We will train you for this position!
• Bonus points for (CNA) certification!
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Comfortable standing and walking most of the time.
• Must be 18 years or older.
