• Monday–Friday standard schedule
• On‑call one weekday per week: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Weekend rotation:
  Every 3rd weekend, on‑call 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM

• Mentor and support caregivers in daily operations
• Serve as a liaison between caregivers, clients, families, and the care team
• Conduct quality assurance visits to maintain high care standards
• Support caregiver training and professional development
• Participate in on‑call rotation for urgent care needs
• Attend monthly meetings and team activities
• Promote excellence, compassion, and professionalism in all services

Preferred:

• 2+ years experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role
• Natural leader with strong mentoring abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work flexibly in the Mankato and Owatonna areas
• Physically able to perform caregiving duties
• Compassionate, ethical, dependable, and professional
