Schedule- Monday–Friday standard schedule
- On‑call one weekday per week: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Weekend rotation:
Every 3rd weekend, on‑call 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Mentor and support caregivers in daily operations
- Serve as a liaison between caregivers, clients, families, and the care team
- Conduct quality assurance visits to maintain high care standards
- Support caregiver training and professional development
- Participate in on‑call rotation for urgent care needs
- Attend monthly meetings and team activities
- Promote excellence, compassion, and professionalism in all services
Preferred:
- 2+ years experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role
- Natural leader with strong mentoring abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work flexibly in the Mankato and Owatonna areas
- Physically able to perform caregiving duties
