Location: Windom, MN

Pay Range: $38.55 - $54.70 per hour (Rates reflect applicable experience)

Full Time

0.8-0.9 FTE; includes every third weekend and holiday. 12‑hour shifts on weekends, choice of 8 or 12‑hour shifts during the week.

Sign On Bonus: $5,000 with a two year commitment ($2,000 paid at 90 days, $1,000 at 12 months, and $2,000 at 24 months with no pay back)

• Provide patient care at our Critical Access Hospital.
• Deliver care to inpatient, ER, and OB departments.
• Work with patients/families and providers to develop and carry out plans of care, while communicating to increase understanding and collaboration.
• Collaborate with a team of RNs, LPNs, and Health Unit Coordinators to provide safe, competent, and effective patient care.
• Occasional ambulance transfers required.

• BLS and ACLS required.
• Willingness to obtain NRP, and either TNCC or CALS.
• New graduates welcome; training provided.
• Experience in inpatient, ER, or OB preferred.
