Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian for a full time campus dietitian position at Mankato, Minnesota
.
In this highly visible and cross-functional role, the selected candidate will work closely with students, campus leaders, and campus athletics, and will provide lectures and tabling events across campus. Up to 20% travel to other college campuses in the region may be required.
This position is eligible for relocation assistance
What You'll Do- partner closely with culinary and marketing team to evaluate and promote healthy and appealing menu items across multiple dining locations;
- meet with students and plan meals for those with food allergies or requiring dietary accommodations;
- support campus athletics and work closely with Division I and II athletes, coaches and administrators; and
- educate students and promote wellness via tabling events, one-on-one meetings, and presentations.

What You Bring- Registered Dietitian credential and licensure in Minnesota;
- experience in healthcare or campus nutrition;
- strong presentation and public speaking skills; and
- a commitment to continued education in the nutrition field.
Minimum Education Requirement:
Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:
Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
Credentials Requirement:
Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire
Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in health care including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted or independent living facilities, long-term care, retirement homes, or clinics + registered dietitian
