We personally introduce you to each new client before you work independently so you understand their routine, expectations, and exactly who to contact if questions arise.

As new client needs become available, opportunities may include:

• Morning shifts
• Afternoon shifts
• Evening shifts
• Part-time schedules
• Full-time schedules
• Additional hours for caregivers who want to pick up shifts

Schedule availability will vary based on client needs and your availability.

$18–$21 per hour

• Bi-weekly pay
• $200 retention bonus
• $250 referral bonus
• Mileage reimbursement when applicable

We're looking for dependable, compassionate caregivers who take pride in the care they provide.

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle
• Current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS Background Study
• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• Dependable and professional communication
