Our BCBA's are responsible for the clinical oversight and outcomes of a defined caseload, ensuring high-quality, ethical, and data-driven ABA services. This role owns the full clinical lifecycle - from assessment through treatment implementation, staff supervision, and client progress. This position is hands-on and clinic-based, requiring consistent in-person presence to support staff, model clinical skills, and maintain treatment fidelity. Each BCBA is expected to manage a caseload totaling 175-200 hours of service per week across approximately 8-10 clients.

In Office, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm

SALARY: $85,000.00 - $ per year, plus monthly BCBA bonus incentive, and a comprehensive Benefit Package which includes:
