Freedom Home Care is looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes throughout Mankato and surrounding communities.

We have a variety of part-time, full-time, and PRN opportunities available. Whether you're looking for a few additional hours or a more consistent schedule, we'd love to learn more about your availability and what you're looking for.

We currently have several caregiving schedules available in Mankato, Elysian, St. Peter, Nicollet, and surrounding communities
, including:

• Mankato: Monday, Wednesday & every other Friday | 7:00 AM-10:00 PM
• Mankato: Every other weekend | 7:30 AM-9:30 AM | 2-hour short-shift rate: $24.00/hr
• Mankato: Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM-2:00 PM
• Mankato - PRN Live-In: PRN live-in opportunities |
  Previous live-in caregiving experience is required
• Elysian - PRN Split
  
  Shifts:
  
  8:00 AM-12:00 PM & 5:30 PM-9:30 PM | Must be available to work both shifts on scheduled days
• St. Peter - PRN:
  Day shifts available
• Nicollet: Monday, Wednesday & Friday | 9:00 AM-1:00 PM

At Freedom Home Care, our caregivers provide personalized, one-on-one support to clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Home care gives you the opportunity to build meaningful relationships while helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible.

Responsibilities are based on each client's individual care plan and may include:

• Personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Transportation and errands
• Companionship and activities
• Dementia and memory-care support
• Safety supervision
• Completing required care documentation
• Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition
• Helping clients maintain as much independence as possible

Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required for all opportunities. CNA certification is a plus but is not required unless specified for a particular client assignment. Previous live-in caregiving experience is required for PRN live-in opportunities.

Applicants must:

• Be at least 16 years of age
• Have a valid driver's license
• Have their own reliable personal vehicle
• Maintain current auto insurance
