What You’ll Do- Operational Excellence
- Lead all hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Sales & Maintenance
- Ensure top-tier service quality, cleanliness, and brand standards
- Oversee Legends Bar & Grill & Banquet Operations for quality and profitability
- Revenue & Growth Strategy
- Drive occupancy, ADR & revenue performance
- Collaborate with Sales & Revenue teams
- Execute local marketing & community engagement strategies
- Financial Leadership
- Own budgeting, forecasting & P&L performance
- Implement cost controls & maximize profitability
- Ensure accurate financial reporting & compliance
- Team Leadership & Culture
- Hire, train & mentor high-performing teams
- Build a culture of accountability, service & excellence
- Partner with HR on employee relations
- Guest Experience & Reputation
- Lead service recovery & elevate guest satisfaction
- Build strong local community relationships
- Continuously enhance service delivery
- ✔️ 5+ years of experience in full-service hotel management
- ✔️ Strong knowledge of hotel financials, revenue management & operations
- ✔️ Experience in Food & Beverage operations (preferred)
- ✔️ Exceptional leadership, communication & decision-making skills
- ✔️ Proficiency in hotel systems & reporting tools
- 🎓 High School Diploma required | Degree preferred
- ✔️ Ownership of hotel performance & strategy
