Part Time Weekend Housekeeper - Courtyard Marriott Mankato

Job Summary

Create clean, comfortable guest rooms that help travelers feel welcome and confident in their stay. Housekeeping associates clean guest rooms from top to bottom and maintain cleanliness standards, guest satisfaction, sanitary conditions, supplies, room readiness, and customer service.

• Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, public areas, floors, furniture, fixtures, windows, and assigned spaces
• Vacuum, dust, change linens, make beds, remove trash, mop floors, and replenish amenities or supplies
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, guest service, and room readiness
• Report maintenance needs, safety concerns, room status updates, and lost and found items
• Use cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment safely and appropriately
• Follow brand, property, PPE, key control, and housekeeping procedures
• Organize carts, closets, linens, supplies, laundry areas, and work spaces
• Communicate with housekeeping leadership, front desk, maintenance, and management about room readiness or concerns
• Assist with laundry, deep cleaning, public areas, inspections, training, or special projects as assigned
• Work independently while supporting a positive team environment
• Adhere to company policies, standards, procedures, and property-specific expectations
• Extend professionalism to guests, residents, customers, clients, vendors, and associates
• Be proactive, prompt, dependable, and attentive to detail
• Act with integrity, demonstrate teamwork, and maintain the spirit to serve
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and be in uniform as assigned
• Understand and follow basic safety, security, and emergency procedures
• Support a culturally diverse workplace and comply with applicable Federal and State laws

• Flexible scheduling may be required based on business needs, including weekends, holidays, days, evenings, and nights
• Ability to work with cleaning chemicals and work safely per Federal, State, Terratron, and Brand policies
