• Technical 4‑year degree
• 10+ years of progressive IT infrastructure and operations experience
• Leadership experience managing technical teams, vendors, and MSPs
• Expertise across cloud, networking, cybersecurity, service delivery, and enterprise systems
• Strong change management and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience in manufacturing, agriculture, logistics, or multi‑site operational environments
• Must be local to Minnesota
