Buyer – On-Site | Full Time | Temp-to-Perm

Compensation: $65,000–$80,000 depending on experience

We're seeking a detail-oriented Buyer to support procurement, vendor management, and inventory needs in a fast-paced manufacturing/consumer goods setting. You'll ensure materials are purchased on time, suppliers meet expectations, and any supply chain issues are quickly resolved.

• Purchase materials according to MRP planned orders to support domestic and global demand.
• Manage vendor delivery schedules and day-to-day performance.
• Identify and resolve shortages, non-conforming materials, and excess/obsolete inventory.
• Communicate risks, delays, and solutions to internal teams.
• Evaluate supplier contracts and ensure compliance.
• Support inventory analysis and consigned inventory programs.
• Troubleshoot quality issues and collaborate with internal/external teams.
• Build reports to improve purchasing and supplier management processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of buying/procurement experience in manufacturing or consumer goods.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MRP systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
