Sinclair Flats is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part Time Custodian/Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment for our residents and staff.

• Perform general custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
• Conduct routine inspections and perform minor repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other building systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of rooms and equipment as needed.
• Ensure all maintenance tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
• Report any major repair needs or safety hazards to management.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

• Previous experience in custodial or maintenance work preferred.
• Basic knowledge of building systems including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
• Flexible availability to work part-time hours, including some evenings or weekends if needed.
