Site Manager

• Providing supervision and leadership to the entire site team, including self-perform workers and subcontractors.
• Monitoring and reporting on the financials of the entire project in collaboration with Superintendents, Coordinators, and the Project Manager.
• Acting as the liaison between the Project Manager, the client, and the field.
• Working with the Site Safety team to ensure site-wide safety.
• Overseeing Site Quality, implementing and training on Quality initiatives and expectations.

• Supervising and leading the site team, including self-perform workers and subcontractors.
• Monitoring project financials with the team.
• Serving as the liaison among the Project Manager, client, and field team.
• Ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Managing site quality and training staff accordingly.

• 5+ years of self-perform Site Management experience across multiple trades.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse and large audiences.
• Progressive safety practices and program implementation experience.
• Ability to pass MVR, Background, Physical, and Drug tests.
• Willingness to travel and relocate (100% travel with rotations).

• Experience managing renewable energy sites (Wind, Solar, BESS).
• Knowledge of Standard Work Instructions (SWIs).
• Hands-on experience in various trades (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, etc.).
