• Win new mission critical mechanical work by developing and strengthening relationships with owners, GCs, and engineers
• Grow the division from ~$1M to $5M-$10M+
• Lead project execution from preconstruction through closeout
• Collaborate with estimating, proposal, and delivery teams to secure and deliver projects
• Influence strategy, pursuit planning, and market positioning
• Senior Project Management experience in mechanical construction
• Mission critical / data center project experience preferred
• Proven ability to develop client relationships and secure new work
• Strong commercial acumen and leadership presence
