** Position Objective:
** The Communications Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for building organizational culture, strengthening employee engagement, and deploying enterprise and regional strategies through clear, consistent, and credible communication. This role partners closely with senior leadership, Human Resources, and cross-functional teams to ensure employees understand business priorities, leadership expectations, and how their work contributes to overall  addition to leading internal communications and supporting positive employee relations, the Communications Manager oversees external communications that reinforce brand reputation and align authentically with the organization’s values and strategic direction.
