Bretz RV & Marine is expanding to Mankato, MN! While this is our first Minnesota location, we’re a well‑established, family‑owned dealership with multiple locations across Montana, Washington, and Idaho. We’re seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Parts and Service departments at our new dealership. This is a hands‑on leadership role and a unique opportunity to help build a store from the ground up.

• 3–5+ years of management experience in RV, Marine, Automotive, or Powersports
• Experience overseeing multiple departments (service/parts preferred)
• Strong background in hiring, training, and performance management
• Knowledge of DMS systems, inventory control, and scheduling
• Understanding of warranty processes and service operations
• Budgeting, reporting, and performance metric experience
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
• Forklift experience preferred

• Oversee daily operations of Parts and Service departments
• Manage technician and advisor scheduling and workflow
• Monitor warranty claims, service issues, and customer escalations
• Maintain inventory control and operational efficiency
• Partner with Sales and Finance teams to support dealership success
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Other duties as assigned

• $95,000 – $115,000 annually (DOE)
