Base compensation varies depending on experience starting at $75k—$90k DOE, and our two bonus programs pay up to $36,000/year for one, and an additional amount for a long-term incentive.

Job SummaryAs a District Manager at Savory MB Stores, LLC, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational and financial performance of multiple restaurant locations within your assigned district. You will lead and develop your team, drive sales growth, and ensure exceptional customer experiences in line with company standards.
Job Responsibilities- Provide strong

* * and guidance to Store Managers and their teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment. - Oversee all aspects of
** Operations Management
** for the district, ensuring efficient and effective daily operations, inventory control, and adherence to company policies and procedures. - Implement and maintain high standards of
** Restaurant Management**, including food quality, sanitation, customer service, and overall store appearance. - Ensure excellence in
** Retail Store Operations**, including merchandising, product availability, and compliance with all health and safety regulations. - Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed
** Sales Growth
** targets across the district. - Manage and monitor district-wide
** Sales Management
** activities, analyzing performance data, identifying trends, and implementing corrective actions as needed. - Direct and empower
** Team Management
** efforts, including recruitment, hiring, scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions for Store Managers. - Lead and facilitate comprehensive
** Training and Development
** programs for Store Managers and their teams to enhance skills, improve performance, and support career progression. - Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure operational excellence.
- Manage district budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, federal, state, and local regulations.
- Proven experience in a multi-unit management role within the restaurant or retail industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in
** Leadership**, with a track record of inspiring and motivating teams. - Strong understanding of

** principles and best practices. - Extensive experience in
** Restaurant Management
** and/or
** Retail Store Operations**. - Demonstrated ability to drive

** Team Management**, including recruitment, performance management, and conflict resolution. - Experience in designing and delivering
** Training and Development
** programs. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
- Flexibility to travel within the assigned district as required.
- 3+ years of restaurant leadership experience with at least 2 years of multi-unit leadership experience
- Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team
- Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader
- Enthusiastic, positive, and driven
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
