Sky Water is partnering with one of our best clients in Southern Minnesota to find a Director of Safety for their team! Our client is a mid‑sized, privately‑held farming & agricultural organization with a large network of operations across the Midwest. They're an industry leader in their space and they're looking for someone who can help elevate the strategic vision for their safety department.
Responsibilities
The Director of Safety will be responsible for overseeing the safety function for the business while also developing & implementing strategic safety programs, leading incident investigations and implementing corrective actions, and instilling a strong safety culture across the organization.
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone with 15+ years of EHS or Safety leadership experience, experience leading safety programs across multiple sites, and someone with experience developing & implementing strategic safety initiatives.
