Amcor at 2111 3rd Avenue, Mankato has a full‑time, entry‑level opening in our converting department on our production floor. This position is responsible for removing, counting and packaging product. Maintain a safe and neat work environment and troubleshoot machines as necessary.

• Document information correctly.

• Ability to lift to 35 lbs.
• Able to stand and walk in a 10‑hr. day.
• Must be able to perform math calculations.
• Good communication skills.
• Various other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a fast‑paced production environment is highly preferred.
• Regularly required to stand for long periods; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms.
• Good hand‑eye coordination is required.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
• Required use of PPE including but not limited to: bump cap, safety eyewear or prescription safety eyewear, safety shoes, hearing protection.
• Position requires agility and consistent attention to detail.
• Able to tolerate repetition.
• Ability to work well independently or in a team environment; displaying ability to work and deliver results in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.

Pay rate: $17.51 per hour.

Hours:

Monday through Thursday 6:30 am to 4:30 pm.
