Starting Salary: $24.58 to $28.57 hourly

We are a leading manufacturer of commercial, industrial, and appliance motors, specializing in high‑efficiency motors for a wide range of applications.

Set‑up, adjust, and operate shaft press machines. Duties include pressing shafts, mandrels, and tubes in/out of rotor, maintaining and regulating oven temperatures and times per procedure, and performing daily/weekly TPM tasks with accuracy and consistency.

Six thousand (6,000) hours of experience are required to acquire operating skills and knowledge of pressing techniques. Perform other duties as designated by the supervisor in the same salary grade and below.

Vocational or high‑school graduate plus a formal training program or equivalent on‑the‑job training required to perform work and acquire knowledge of shaft pressing methods and procedures.
