Assemble different subassembly systems for trolling motors, down riggers, and stationary anchors using hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools.;
Perform visual inspections and quality checks to ensure products are correctly assembled.;
Package finished motors into boxes, insert styrofoam, and tape and label boxes with necessary information.;
Palletize finalized products and ensure they are ready for shipment.;
Lift up to 50lbs throughout the workday.
