Monday - Thursday
Work Hours:
6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Work Location:
On-site (Mankato, MN)
Starting Salary: $23.75 to $26.57 hourly
Pay Frequency:
Bi-Weekly
Wind, tape and insulate coils for stators for motors and generators. Prepare insulation as required. Follow methods and procedures as outlined in specifications. Use hand and power tools as required. Complete daily/weekly TPM tasks with accuracy and consistency. Perform other duties as designated by supervisor in the same salary grade or below. Five thousand (5,000) hours of experience are required to perform work proficiently.
Normal supervision.
Requires a general knowledge of coil winding techniques and operations, insulating procedures and materials. Vocational or high school graduate; progressive on-the-job training. Upon completion of one thousand (1,000) hours of training on a CNC‑driven machine, a Stator Winder Insulator B will be promoted to a Stator Winder Insulator A – Grade
