General Manufacturing - Lamination Stacker - Fourth Shift

Work Hours:

6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Work Location:

On-site (Mankato, MN)

Starting Salary: $24.24 to $27.73 hourly + 10% shift differential

Pay Frequency:
Bi-Weekly

• Stacks and aligns rotor and stator laminations for assembly of cores.
• Measures stack, uses ruler and adds or removes laminations to bring core body to specified size.
• GMAW tack welds must meet certification requirements (see section 11 (e)).
• Daily/weekly TPM tasks must be performed with accuracy and consistency.
• Uses various hand and power tools as well as requiring spot welding.
• Works under general supervision; instruction is provided on new work, variations, etc.
• Completes six thousand hours to become familiar with work, materials, equipment, methods, procedures, and attains proficiency in welding quality and quantity.
• Performs other duties as designated by supervisor in the same salary grade or below.

• Requires a vocational or high school graduate or equivalent.
