General Manufacturing - Component Assembler - Fourth Shift

Shift: 4th Shift

Days of Work:
Friday to Sunday

Work Hours:

6:00 a.m.

- 6:00 p.m.

Work Location:

On-site (Mankato, MN)

Starting Salary: $24.24 to $27.73 hourly + 10% shift differential

Pay Frequency:
Bi-Weekly

• Assemble mechanical, electrical, and/or electronic components, sub-assemblies, and complete assemblies of standard or custom designs.
• Work from detailed drawings, specifications, and/or schematics.
• Follow prescribed procedures and methods.
• Adjust, fit, and align parts to meet inspection standards.
• Perform soldering connections to appropriate standards.
• Ensure work is subject to final inspection and check.
• Perform daily and weekly TPM tasks with accuracy and consistency.
• Acquire skills, dexterity, and assembly techniques through a minimum of 5,000 hours of experience.
• Perform other duties as designated by supervisor in the same salary grade or below.

• Vocational or high school graduate required, plus appropriate job training.
• Must be a sole U.S. citizen.
• Minimum of 5,000 hours experience required for proficiency and production standards.
