Production Associate

Overview

We are searching for an experienced Production Associate at our Mankato, MN facility.

• 1st Shift: 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday‑Thursday, some OT on Fridays. Minimum 40 hours.
• 2nd Shift: 4:30 p.m. – 3:00 a.m., Monday‑Thursday, some OT on Fridays. Minimum 40 hours. Shift Differential $1.50.
• Weekend Shift: 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Friday, Saturday, Sunday, some OT the following week. Minimum 36 hours with Shift Differential 20%.

• Experience following detailed blueprints.
• Proficiency with hand tools.
• A strong track record of success in highly detailed work environments.
• Minimum years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
• A solid understanding of production and organizational methods.
• Previous experience with blueprints, hand tools, tape measures, and drills.
• Fine‑tuned communication skills.
• Ability to remember processes and materials used in the building process.
• High School Diploma or GED desired.
• Open to technical learning.
• Can learn on the fly.

The work environment is in a manufacturing facility where frequent interruptions, distractions, and moderate levels of noise occur. It requires wearing safety glasses (provided) and other required personal protective equipment.
