Production Team Lead – North Mankato, MN

Your Opportunity:
Folder Works, a division of Taylor Corporation is looking for a Production Team Lead in our North Mankato-MN facility.

• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day operations.
• Assign, monitor, and review daily progress and accuracy of work.
• Act as liaison between production and other areas.
• Research, provide solutions and communicate with supervisor and employees on escalated customer issues, employee questions, etc.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of teamwork and cooperation to maintain an effective working environment as well as ensure continuity of service to employees.
• Provide back‑up coverage for Supervisor and/or other Department positions.

• 1st Shift;
  Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm.

• Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Must possess solid computer application skills.
• Attention to detail at a very high level.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be self‑motivated to take the initiative to get the job done.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Positive attitude, enjoys challenges, team‑oriented, and well‑developed problem‑solving skills.

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position.
• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials.
• Frequently required to move inside the facility.
• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry).

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $20 - 23. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, including qualifications, years of relevant experience, unique skills, educational level, certifications or licenses, and location.
