Production Supervisor
Mankato, Minnesota (On-Site)
$70,000 - $90,000 + PTO + 401(k) + Healthcare + Leadership Training + Career Progression
We are looking for a production supervisor, production lead, warehouse supervisor or manufacturing team leader to lead day‑to‑day operations, manage production teams, drive KPI performance, coordinate resources, and implement Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
Role Responsibilities- Lead daily operations across Machining and Assembly manufacturing departments
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage production schedules, KPIs, employee development, quality, and safety performance
- Production Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, Production Lead, Manufacturing Supervisor, or similar leadership experience
- Experience driving process improvements in a team environment
- Commutable distance to North Mankato, Minnesota
