General Production - Tester B - Fourth Shift

Job Summary

  On-site (Mankato, MN)
• Starting Salary: $24.58 to $28.57 hourly + 10% shift differential
• Pay Frequency:
  Bi-Weekly

Assists in the set‑up and test of a unit or units. Works with blueprints, specifications, etc. Runs panel with unit being tested if required. Reads analyzers, meters, and scopes. Performs daily/weekly TPM tasks with accuracy and consistency. Ensures safe set-up and operation of rotating equipment testing. Works under direction from Tester A or supervisor. Requires 8,000 hours of experience to become familiar with testing principles, procedures, and instruments.

Must successfully complete Tooling U classes for electrical safety. Performs other duties as designated by the supervisor, within the same salary grade or below.

Vocational or high school graduate with coursework in electronics required, plus formal accredited apprenticeship or equivalent training in testing-related trades such as assembler, machinist, or electrician.

Must be a sole U.S. citizen.
