Shifts available:

• 1st Shift Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Overtime available on Fridays (40+ hours) Areas:
  Heavy Assembly, Laminating Cell, Pre-Fab (Brake Press)
• 2nd Shift Monday–Thursday, 4:30 p.m. – 3:00 a.m. Overtime available on Fridays (40+ hours) Shift Differential: $1.50/hour Areas:
  Pre-Fab (Laser Operator, Brake Press), Welding, Heavy Assembly
• Weekend Shift Friday–Sunday, 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. 36 hours + potential OT the following week Shift Differential: 20% Areas:
  Pre-Fab, Heavy Assembly

What you'll do (Description / Key Responsibilities):

• Build and assemble products using hand tools and detailed instructions
• Read blueprints and follow measurements to ensure quality
• Support production in areas like assembly, fabrication, and finishing
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace
• Follow job tracking and quality standards to get it right the first time
• Learn materials, processes, and equipment to grow your skills
• Work as part of a team to keep production moving efficiently
• Take on additional tasks as needed to support the operation

What we're looking for (Qualifications):

• 1+ year of manufacturing or hands-on work experience preferred
• Comfortable using hand tools, tape measures, and reading blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively
• Willingness to learn and cross-train
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Physical Requirements:

The work environment is in a manufacturing facility where frequent interruptions, distractions, and moderate levels of noise occur. It requires wearing safety glasses (provided) and other required personal protective equipment.
