What You’ll Do as a Production Specialist:

• Review work orders and procedural instructions before starting each assignment
• Perform required quality assurance checks throughout the production process
• Crimp wires and assemble wire, cable, and harness components
• Assist with electro-mechanical assembly tasks as needed
• Cross-train and support other production lines or departments
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow housekeeping standards

What You Need to Bring to the Production Specialist Role:

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read and follow work instructions
• Willingness to cross-train and work in different production areas
• Reliable attendance and ability to work 2nd shift
