• Assemble and install complex heavy equipment according to blueprints and specifications
• Operate hand tools, lifting devices, and material handling equipment
• Perform inspections to ensure products meet quality and performance standards
• Maintain equipment and complete required quality and safety checks
• Identify assembly issues and communicate improvements to supervisors or engineering
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and compliance requirements
• Complete additional tasks, projects, and assignments as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age requirement of 18 years
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and assist with heavier team lifts
• Ability to stand and perform physical work for extended periods
• Ability to use hand tools and measuring instruments
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and follow instructions
• Ability to operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or cranes
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment
