Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring CNC Machinists for a manufacturing company in Mankato, MN. In this role, you’ll help produce high-quality cable installation tools and equipment used in telecom and electric power markets, working with a skilled and stable team. If you enjoy hands-on machining work and want to grow your skills in a dynamic environment, this could be a great fit.

• Set up, adjust, and operate CNC lathes and mills
• Measure parts using precision tools (dial indicators, micrometers, pin gauges)
• Ensure proper identification and labeling of parts
• Read and interpret CAD drawings and job specifications
• Communicate effectively with foreman and team members to ensure quality and efficiency

• Degree in machining or prior CNC/machining experience required
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Strong computer skills and ability to read CAD drawings
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a production environment
• Good work history and reliability
• Ability to work 2nd shift schedule
